A place where chilly breezes bring in salty air mixed with whiffs of lavender and fresh-picked berries. A place radiating with a carefree love of life and the little pleasures it brings us when we take a pause. Some folk think Rosé is not a "serious" wine, oh well... more for us to celebrate life with!

Possibly the ultimate in methode champenoise. A Brut aged 10 years on the yeast lees and disgorged without any sugar addition in the dosage. "Z" is a Zero that denotes no added sugar. A complex and minerally Brut that shows great integration of aromas and flavors. While it can easily stand on its own, we love it with the classic pairing of fresh Oysters or freshly baked Gougeres.
