Traditionally a very delicious and educational event!  This year we we match culinary creations from our wood burning oven made with local fresh ingredients, flatbreads, pizzas, focaccias, roasted veggies and whatever else is in season and matches with our wines

This workshop / seminar / Class will explore the layers and flavor profiles and textures that are available to the the winemaker.  We will have fun exploring different local varieties, different oak treatments etc in order to develop our palates and discover nuances in aroma and flavor.  Session will conclude with some hands-on blending exercises - blend your own super wine!
