Redgrav Cabernet Sauvignon
Redgrav Cabernet Sauvignon
Alexander Valley

A single vineyard just north of Healdsburg, farmed by Delamontanya with a commitment to grow and pick nothing but the highest quality fruit. On release, this Cabernet bursts forth with dark berry and spicey fennel. Velvety, mouth-filling flavors of blueberry, plum and cassis finished with light oak and vanilla. If that doesn?t get your juices flowing, nothing will.

Varietal 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Review "Dry, soft and creamy in texture, this polished Cabernet... has easy tannins framing herb-infused flavors of blackberries, cherries, red currants, mocha, anise and sweet, smoky oak."

Abstract At release, this Cabernet bursts with dark berry aromas and a spicy fennel note, slight earthy and floral notes are there too, they become more prominent after some time in the glass. The body is lush with dark fruit flavors and a core of "sweet" tannins, a term denoting weight and velvety sensation (not sugar). The wine finishes with a long blueberry, plum and slight mocha nuances. I hope this wine reminds you why you loved Cabernet Sauvignon to begin with.
